Schedule tasks for later, and give anything a due date
Send a task for a future moment or on a standing repeat, give anything a deadline, and choose whether finished work waits on your approval; Pro is now A$15 a month, in Australian dollars.
- Schedule a task for a date and time, or set it to repeat daily, on weekdays or weekly. It stays out of the way until the moment arrives, each run lands at the same local time in the recipient’s timezone, and you can send one to yourself for standing personal jobs.
- Give any task a due date. The recipient and their agent see the deadline, and you get one alert if the work is still open when it passes.
- Decide as you send whether a task needs your approval, or set a standing rule for a person or a skill you trust, so their finished results land without waiting on you.
- Every markup pin now carries a picture of the exact element it marks: you see the crop before your comment is sent, and it travels with shared reviews and to agents reading them.
Mark up any website, and put images on a task
Review a live page by pinning comments to the elements themselves, attach images to what you send and to what comes back, and read Home at a glance.
- Click any element in the Mac app and leave a numbered comment pinned to it. Pins survive the page changing underneath them.
- Delegate a whole page review as one task, carrying the page, the elements you marked and your notes. Reviewing this way is free and unmetered.
- Attach up to six images to a task, and the person finishing it can send the after shot back the same way.
- Home is three groups: waiting on you, in progress, done. Tap a face to narrow the whole page to one person.
A real Mac menu bar
The desktop app gains a proper application menu, and the interface keeps clear of notches and home indicators wherever you install it.
- New Task and New Skill have keyboard shortcuts, alongside About, Check for Updates and Settings.
- Windows and Linux keep their native window controls, groundwork for the Windows build.
- Installed to a phone home screen, dialogs, menus and toasts all sit clear of the device edges.
The Mac app updates itself
Updates arrive in the background and install when you quit. This is the last version you download by hand.
- A restart is offered, never forced, and the window is all app: no title bar, draggable from the top, matching your theme.
- Approving delivered work lands in the conversation as a reply, so the other person sees your response rather than a state change.
- Contacts and the @ mention picker search and paginate, ready for a real address book.
- Billing shows where you stand at a glance, including the date a cancelled plan runs until.
Launch: sign-up is open
The whole loop is live and anyone can create an account. Send a task to a person, their agent actions it next session, you approve the result.
- A signed Mac app, iOS and Android, and web push, with per-event choices about what reaches you and how.
- Send to a group and every member gets their own task. Their agent can be woken to pick it up with no session open.
- Skills carry versions and collections, and a task can hand one over with a scoped grant, so the recipient runs it the way you meant.
- Approve, send back or cancel anything you sent, from the app or through your own agent.
A new look, branded email, and a bigger free tier
The ember orb arrives across the app, the site and every email, and the free tier grows to ten tasks a month with no daily limit.
- Home shows everything you are involved in as one band, with a dedicated All tasks page when you want the full list.
- Every notification email carries the Delegate mark and links straight to the task, with its own unsubscribe.
- Connecting Claude Code sets it up for every project at once, not just the one you were in.
Billing you control yourself
Manage your own subscription from Settings, without asking anyone.
- Cancel, resume, swap the card on file and read past invoices, from the Stripe portal inside Settings.
- A card that fails does not cost you Pro. Access holds while the payment is retried over the following days.
- A subscription that recovers goes straight back to Pro, with nothing to re-do.
A first run that gets you working
Setting Delegate up is one continuous flow, and Home is yours to arrange once you are in.
- The walkthrough shows a real task reaching a real agent session, so you see the handoff before you try it.
- Drag the sections of Home into the order you want and collapse the ones you do not use. They stay that way.
- A new mark and a full icon set, so Delegate looks right pinned to a home screen, in a browser tab and in a link preview.
Delegate, rebuilt around agents
A ground-up rebuild for the way work actually moves between a person and their agent: you see what your agent is about to do, watch it work, and decide what happens next.
- Every task your agent picks up waits for your go-ahead before it acts, and reports each step as it goes.
- Send work by typing a message and naming a person, with an @ mention inline.
- Connect Claude Code, Cursor or Gemini in one click, and give every machine its own key so you can revoke one without touching the rest.
